- The standard: EN 15804+A2 or ISO 21930, and ISO 14025
- Your programme operator's own rules
- The product PCR or c-PCR your EPD follows
- The numbers in the EPD against the background report
- Missing statements, wrong module labels, old datasets and other things verifiers comment on
